What ownership structures are listed?
Stella offers a 30-year leasehold with two renewals, and freehold for eligible Thai ownership structures. We help you choose the route that fits your purchase.
Is furniture included?
No. Furniture packages are optional: ฿2.5M for 4BR and ฿3.5M for 5BR. We include the final specification in your villa offer.
What additional fees are recorded?
The current sales material records a ฿100,000 sinking fund, CAM at ฿250 per land sqm per year, a ฿20,000 meter fee and transfer taxes split 50/50. Request the final contract schedule.
When is a villa delivered?
