The current price list remains valid through 31 October 2026. We confirm the exact plot price and availability in writing before reservation.
What ownership structures are listed?
The sales documents list a 30-year leasehold with two renewals and freehold for eligible Thai ownership structures. We help the buyer confirm which route fits their purchase.
Is furniture included?
No. The current list quotes optional packages at ฿2.5M for 4BR and ฿3.5M for 5BR; ask us for the final specification with your villa offer.
What additional fees are recorded?
The current sales material records a ฿100,000 sinking fund, CAM at ฿250 per land sqm per year, a ฿20,000 meter fee and transfer taxes split 50/50. Request the final contract schedule.
When is a villa delivered?
The sales schedule describes a 12-month built-to-order programme. We request the exact start date and construction milestones in the selected plot offer.
